Our fully, Swimming Teachers Association (STA) accredited swim courses are ideal whatever your level of water confidence, and are available at all pool centres.
Our classes consist of either small group, or 1-2-1 programmes and are available for babies, children and Adults as required.
Parent & Baby - exclusively for children 4months - 3½ years
Adult & Child classes are a fun, innovative and effective programme for introducing babies and young children to the exciting world of swimming and water skills. Our programme is recommended for ages 4 months to 3½ years and is a stepping stone into the Junior Lesson Swimming Programme. Adult & Child lessons include adapted well-known nursery rhymes, to make introducing fundamental basic water skills fun and enjoyable. Themes including movement and water confidence accompany each song, designed to introduce core water skills at an early age.
