Your Fitness Apps

We love Apps, and any app which can help with your training, diet, goals or targets is worth having a look at. But like any industry there is plenty of good/bad/ok information and help out there. So we thought we would cut through all of the jargon, internet speak, fitness fads and more by bringing you our top tips for usful apps available from around the internet.

• Run Keeper - Our Marketing Manager/ Fitness instructor Andy loves this one - its free to download on smart phones and is easy to set up to keep track of your work outs whilst you are out on the road. • Couch to Five K.  Want to get into running but don't know how?  The NHS "Couch to 5k" is a great start - as will help beginners make that all important first 5k milestone in around 8-10 weeks. For more click here.
