Classes and courses are available for children and adults and are lead by a fully qualified instructor in a structured and safe environment.

Winter sports enthusiasts can use these sessions to improve their movement through the air when on the slopes, plus sports enthusiasts from a wide variety of disciplines can find trampolining particularly useful as part of a cross-training and muscle toning workout.
