Through Your PT we can help you with 1-2-1 fitness and dietary advice and really help to push your fitness goals (be they weight loss, muscle growth or even injury rehab.) Due to NPLQ Lifeguard Training ONE lane in the main pool will be closed on the following days and times.

Wednesday 15^th May 6pm – 7pm
Saturday 1^st June 10am-11am
Wednesday 12^th June 6pm – 7pm
Saturday 6^th July 10am-11am
Wednesday 10^th July 6pm – 7pm
Saturday 3^rd August 10am-11am
