Bujinkan North Kent Dojo
Wednesday (Adults) 20:00 - 21:30
Sunday (Children) 9:30 – 10:30
Sunday (Adults) 10:30 – 12:00
Bujinkan is suitable for all ages and physical abilities. Teaching traditional martial arts that are as relevant to self-defence as they ever have been. We teach both traditional unarmed techniques as well as studying various weapons.
In a modern world where personal safety and knife crime feature so much in people’s thoughts, Bujinkan uses the principles of balance, position and distance to overcome an opponent rather than reliance on size or strength making it especially suitable for children.
Bujinkan is not a competition sport and all grades of student train together in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Wednesday 18:00 - 17:00pm
These classes include exercises as a warm up, and the main section covers how to throw and hold an opponent in a combat situation. Our classes are for children from 7 years old up to 16 years old.
