We believe in, and are committed to developing sport in your community. As such, Sencio has a dedicated Sports Development Officer who works closely with schools, clubs, youth clubs, disability groups and many other sections of the community to develop sport and physical activity across the Sevenoaks District.
This activity includes setting up taster sessions, open days, and courses of new activities and seeking funding for many of the activities we put on to ensure they can benefit local users.
Working in partnership with Sevenoaks District Sports council, the Sports Development Officer collates and presents funding applications for organisations and individuals for funding to assist with coaching, improvement of sporting standards and expenses relating to competing at national level.
