Swimming represents a key life skill for all and is a great way to get fit, improve endurance, recover from injury or engage in competitive sport through our host clubs. There are MANY benefits to swimming and just a few are listed below:

The extensive swimming lesson programmes at Edenbridge, Sevenoaks and White Oak Leisure Centres range from babies through to adults and can be tailored to suit your individual needs in 1-2-1 lessons or in a fun group environment.

Our group swimming lessons run as a 10 week course. The next course start date is 13th October and we will be accepting new enrolments the week commencing 6th October, simply call your centre to book a place.

Over the school holidays we run crash courses for children where you can book them onto a week long course to learn the basics or improve on skills already learnt. To download the latest holiday programme please Click Here.
