At all three Sencio Leisure Centres we have a great range of exercise classes which are an ideal way to increase your participation in a healthy activity in a fun and friendly environment.

Join in, work out and get motivated at over 100 exercise classes each week.

Choose from a wide variety of styles and levels, including low impact classes like bums & tums, yoga, and pilates through to a full body workout in Bootcamps, BODYPUMP, BODYATTACK and the ever popular Sencio Cycling and Spinning programme.

Or for something a little different why not get into dance fever with Zumba and NEW Zumba Gold, the Latin dance inspired group workout. Or you could try your hand at our new Pole Fitness classes or even Line Dancinng!

Classes are FREE* to All-In-One Members and operate on a ‘pay as you go’ basis for non-members, so why not bring a friend and introduce them to the fun and friendly world of exercise classes.
