We love Apps, and any app which can help with your training, diet, goals or targets is worth having a look at. But like any industry there is plenty of good/bad/ok information and help out there. Run Keeper - Our Marketing Manager/ Fitness instructor Andy loves this one - its free to download on smart phones and is easy to set up to keep track of your work outs whilst you are out on the road.
