Group Exercise Classes
Join in, work out and get motivated with one of over 100 exercise classes each week. - Choose from a wide variety of styles and levels, including low impact classes like bums & tums for those problematic areas, yoga, pilates and more. Through to a full body workout in Boxercise, Body-Pump, Body-Attack and the ever popular Sencio Cycling and Spinning programme. Or for something a little different why not get into dance fever with Zumba and NEW Zumba Gold, the Latin dance inspired group workout. All classes are FREE* to All-in-one membership holders and operate on a ‘pay and play’ basis too, so why not bring a friend and introduce them to the world of Exercise Classes.

Gymstick itself is a conditioning class which combines cardiovascular exercise, muscular endurance and flexibility training into one all over body workout. You have the ability to control your own resistance level, so if you feel things are too hard/easy you can adjust accordingly. Bands on the sticks are attached to your feet so that whatever your doing you will be using muscles that a regular pump class wouldn’t reach, meaning much greater levels of activation in your core. Come down and give it a go!
