White Oak Leisure Centre January - April Exercise Class Programme.
We understand that each customer is unique, so as part of an induction process we go through a medical questionnaire, discuss what you are looking to achieve from using the gym, how long you would like to exercise for and any other specific goals you may have. Once we have gained all the information necessary, one of our qualified gym instructors will devise your personalised programme and help you get to know the gym and the equipment available.
We have a variety of membership options to suit everyone including our All-In-One membership package that gives customers unlimited use of the gym, swimming pool, exercise classes and squash/badminton courts during off peak times. Our full All-In-One memberships also give customers ongoing programme updates in the gym as well as discounted rates for other activities within the centre.
