Personal Trainers can often seem like a bit of a luxury but here at Sencio we see them as an essential part of any new fitness regime.
Our Personal Trainers are fully qualified so they possess the highest levels of knowledge and experience which will enable you to get the most out of your workouts. Using both their academic knowledge of physiology and their hands on experience they will help you to achieve your fitness goals faster and more safely than if you are working out on your own.
Of course it is not just one thing in isolation, it is also important to have regular programme reviews with one of the wellness instructors, as you are likely to workout on our own at some point during the week, and it is important that you get the most out of these sessions too. Coupled with this taking part in exercise classes can be a fantastic way to reach your goals as you benefit from the motivation and fun of the group along with the knowledge and experience of the instructor.
Whatever you goal is, from losing weight to gaining strength or improving your time for a 5K race, working with a personal trainer is an excellent way to achieve and even beat your goals.
