1 IN 3 ADULTS ON THE CUSP OF DIABETES
Frightening statistics were announced this week showing that 1 in 3 adults in England are on the cusp of diabetes. Around 80% of people with Type 2 Diabetes could have avoided completely or delayed its onset, diet and exercise are the key ways to do this.
We have a range of different activities to help people get into exercise including: aqua aerobics, salsa classes, ballroom classes, zumba, badminton, line dancing, squash, martial arts, yoga, golf and many many more, plus our Wellness staff are always on hand to advise on how you can improve your eating habits.
