Health suite
Featuring sauna, steam room, spa and relaxation area, the health suite provides an oasis of tranquillity, relaxation and calm. It's the ideal place to unwind after a workout or as somewhere in which to escape life's pressures for a couple of hours.

Classes
From gentle classes for those new to or returning to fitness and for those into 'serious' exercise, our classes offer something for every age and every level. We also offer Yoga and Pilates classes.
