6 months’ committed DD terms - Your membership will continue for an initial period of 6 months from the first day of your monthly subscription during which you cannot cancel. After 6 months you may cancel your membership at any time by giving at least 1 month’s written notice to the membership administrator to end on the 1st of a month.
12 months’ committed DD terms - Your membership will continue for an initial period of 12 months from the first day of your monthly subscription during which you cannot cancel. After 12 months you may cancel your membership at any time by giving at least 1 month’s written notice to the membership administrator to end on the 1st of a month.
Flexible/ 1 month’s committed DD terms - Your membership will continue for an initial period of 1 month from the first day of your monthly subscription during which you cannot cancel. After 1 month you may cancel your membership by giving at least 1 calendar month’s written notice to the membership administrator to end on the 1st of a month.

In exceptional circumstances we may agree to freeze/suspend your membership. You must apply in writing to the Centre Manager who will act reasonably in making a decision. You will be notified in writing and the decision will be final. If we agree for your membership to be suspended we will charge a nominal administration fee throughout the period of suspension. The full monthly instalments under this agreement will recommence when your membership suspension ends. No relaxation or indulgence which we may grant you shall affect our rights under this agreement.

All members are required to bring their membership card each time they visit. If you lose your card, a new one can be supplied from reception for a fee.
All of our leisure memberships can be used both Edenbridge and Sevenoaks Leisure Centres. You are also entitled to discounted rates at our golf course on presentation of your membership card. Promotional memberships may be exempt- see Ts&Cs of promotion for details.
During public swimming sessions, children under the age of 8 must be accompanied into the water by a responsible adult (over 16). A minimum of one adult to two children where children are 4 years or younger. A maximum of three children to one adult where at least 2 children are over 4 but under 8 years of age.
Sevenoaks teaching pool: 29.9°C - 32°C
Sevenoaks main pool: 27°C – 29°C
Edenbridge teaching pool: 29°C – 32°C
Edenbridge main pool: 28°C – 30°C
The air temperature for each pool will always be around 1.5°C to 2°C warmer than the water temperature to ensure users are warmer when they leave the pool.
Sencio Community Leisure reserves the right to cancel your membership and no refund given if i) you have provided false information when applying for Sencio Card and/or ii) your behaviour is likely to endanger other members, customers or staff, or adversely affect the reputation of Sencio.
- All Sencio Card Holders are required to present an up-to-date Membership card when paying for activities at any Sencio site in order to qualify for reduced rates entitled by their card.
- Suitable footwear and clothing must be worn at all times appropriate to the permitted activity as advised by Centre staff.
- You must comply with the centre’s rules, which form part of this agreement. We may change the centre’s opening times or withdraw any of the facilities/activities at any time as part of the centre’s maintenance programme or for special events. In the event of an accident or injury being sustained whilst using the facilities, you must report the accident to a member of staff.
- The following are not permitted in the Centre: i) Smoking ii) The bringing of alcohol and its consumption in the Centre iii) The taking or carrying of illegal drugs iv) The use of photographic equipment without written permission from the Manager.
- The Manager may refuse the admission of any person and may similarly require any person to leave the Centre at any time as well as alter the hours of business, programme of events, admission fees and Centre rules from time to time. The Centre Manager reserves the right to exclude any person who does not comply with the terms and conditions of use as noted.
- It may be necessary to undertake essential maintenance to the facility and its equipment at any time. Every attempt will be made to provide advance notice and to minimise disruption and inconvenience. The Centre Manager reserves the right to offer recompense only in the event of full and prolonged closure at their sole and absolute discretion. Sencio Community Leisure shall not be liable for any default in service or equipment that is unavailable due to breakdown or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- Personal items that are left in the Centre are left at the Customer’s risk and Sencio Community Leisure cannot accept liability for any loss or damage of such belongings. Lockers should be used where available but they do not guarantee that theft or damage will not occur.
- Customers who break or damage equipment, other than through its proper use, will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement.
- Children under the age of 8 are not permitted to use any of the pools unless accompanied by a parent, guardian or other responsible person into the water (unless attending a specialist session.)
- Cancellation of any booking must be at least 24 hours prior. Failure to honour any booking without giving 24 hours’ notice may result in the individual being liable for the full charge should we be unable to re-let the facility or activity.
- The Sencio Card and its use are personal to the particular member it is granted to and cannot be assigned or otherwise transferred for use by another person. If you allow another person to use your membership card we reserve the right to cancel your membership.
- Sencio Card holders must at all times adhere to all Health & Safety regulations relevant to their booking, including all safety instructions issued by Centre staff.
- Use of individual facilities or equipment within the Centre is subject to the rules that may apply to the facility or equipment as may be displayed or imparted by the instructor or Centre staff. Members and card holders are advised to follow these instructions carefully, as Sencio Community Leisure will not accept liability for any injury caused by the incorrect or improper use of a facility or equipment.
- In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), all information collected will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with any other organisation without your explicit consent. Information collected will be added to our customer database and may be used for administrative purposes in providing our services and for communicating with you.
We welcome feedback from our users. You may leave comments either on a Comment Card, which can be found at reception, or by contacting us via our contact form. We will endeavour to respond to your message as soon as we can.
Non-members are welcome to use the gym whether as a one-off, occasional use or to try our facilities before beginning a membership with us. You will need to contact your local centre to arrange an induction where we will ensure that you know how to use the equipment safely.
Users must be 14 to use the cardiovascular and resistance equipment, and over 16 to use free weights. Under 16s must have signed permission from a parent or guardian to use the facilities. Under 14s wishing to work out may attend Sevenoaks Leisure Centre’s Youth Cycle class providing that they are over 5’1”. Youth All-in-One memberships include swimming, classes, gym and off-peak court hire, and are available for 14 – 18 year olds (inclusive).
All-in-One members can book classes from 6am 7 days in advance, and non-members from 6am 5 days in advance. Members can book online or at reception, and non-members may book at reception either in centre or over the phone. Phone numbers for: Edenbridge 01732 865665 Sevenoaks 01732 470700
Customers must give at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling any booking. Failure to honour any booking without giving 24 hours’ notice may result in the individual being liable for the full charge should we be unable to fill the space.
We will always try to answer calls, however at busy periods our reception staff may be occupied serving customers. If you are unable to reach the centre by phone, please send an email via the contact form, leaving your telephone number and a good time to call you back, and we will return your call as soon as we can.
We have meeting rooms and halls available for all kinds of events. Contact your centre to enquire. We can also provide catering.
You must abide by these rules and follow instructions given by centre staff at all times.
- It may be necessary to change the centre rules. Any changes will be displayed in the Centre.
- We will remove any items left in lockers overnight and keep them for a period of 4 weeks.
- We reserve the right to change the Centre’s opening times and will endeavour to notify customers in advance.
- Whilst every endeavour will be made to offer the activities/facilities advertised, we cannot guarantee that the programme will not change from time to time.
- In the event of an accident or injury being sustained whilst using the facilities, you must report the incident to a member of staff.
- The following are not permitted in the Centre:
- Bringing and consuming alcohol except that which is purchased in Refresh. Alcohol purchased in Refresh must be consumed within the coffee shop.
- The taking or possession of illegal drugs.
- The use of electronic and photographic equipment without written permission from the Centre Manager.
- The consumption of food and drink in the Centre Coffee Shop that is not purchased from the Centre Coffee Shop or Vending Machines.
- The plugging in of any electrical devices due to electrical safety regulations.

- Use of individual facilities/equipment within the Centre is subject to the rules that may apply to the facility/equipment as may be displayed or imparted by Centre staff. Customers are advised to follow these instructions carefully, as Sencio Community Leisure will not accept liability for any injury caused by the incorrect or improper use of a facility/equipment or through customers ignoring instructions given.
- If you have any concern about your physical condition you must consult with your GP before commencing any exercise programme. You are responsible for monitoring your own health and wellbeing and any condition you may have. Customers are responsible for their own welfare and judgement as to whether they should pursue a particular activity.
- You should only use the facilities/activities if you are satisfied that you are capable of doing so.
- The use of the facilities/activities is entirely at your own risk except where there is negligence or breach of legal responsibility by us.
- CUSTOMERS USING THE FITNESS GYM - READY TO GO DECLARATION
- Before using any gym equipment you must complete a ‘Ready to go’ declaration and undergo a supervised induction session. We can refuse access to the gym if we consider that your health may be adversely affected.

- All members must present their membership card each time they use the facilities in order to qualify for reduced rates entitled by their card. If a member allows another person to use his/her card we reserve the right to cancel their membership.
- If you lose your membership card a new one will be supplied at an additional fee, a list of charges is available from reception.
- You are only entitled to use the facilities/activities available stipulated within your category of membership.
- Members with certain membership categories may have to pay additional charges to use particular facilities. A list of these charges is available from reception. We reserve the right to change these charges at any time.
- Membership is personal to the particular member it is granted to and cannot be assigned or transferred to or used by another person. We reserve the right to cancel your membership if it is used by someone else.
- ADMISSIONS
- The Duty Manager has the right to refuse admission and may similarly require any person to leave the Centre at any time if their behaviour or appearance is deemed inappropriate.
- We operate an under 8s swimming policy.
- In the event of an emergency, such as evacuation of a centre, all customers must follow the safety instructions issued by centre staff. Failure to do so could result in them putting themselves and others, including staff, at risk.
Parking for customers is free at Edenbridge and at Sevenoaks we will refund members up to two hours, depending on your membership category.
