Start Feeling Good
Our power-assisted exercise equipment, manufactured by Shapemaster, is suitable for people living with limited mobility, the elderly and for those managing long-term conditions including multiple sclerosis, stroke, fibromyalgia, diabetes and arthritis.
Unlike conventional exercise equipment, the machines do not rely exclusively on muscle power but by an electronic power system enabling users to work passively or actively, depending on their ability.
Shapemaster equipment provides safe exercise to all the major muscle groups and helps to re-train muscle patterns, whilst at the same time stimulating the muscles for improved circulation.Join now!

“I swim five days a week and go to the Feel Good Suite. The place is great, the staff so encouraging and the members happy to motivate each other. The machines are perfect for anyone with limited body movement and who doesn’t like the idea of a gym. As a result, I am stronger, my mobility has improved and, yes, the place really does make you feel good.” Joan Masters

I think it’s one of the most inclusive places I have been to.
All the soft play staff are very lovely to my younger daughter who has severe autism and go out of their way to be kind to her and my older daughter when they come to play. It makes things a lot easier for me and they show a genuine interest in both of them. I think it’s one of the most inclusive places I have been to.Jill Shearer
