An active social group for over 50s
Primetime is a group which meets on Monday, Thursday and Friday mornings from 09:00 – 11:30.
Join us to meet people similar to yourself, and get involved with some exercise at your own pace. Primetime is open to everyone looking for a gentler form of exercise or to get social within the community.
Sessions are £6.00 or free for All-in-One members.
Activities listed below are available to choose from during Primetime sessions, dependant on availability and number of participants.

| Racquetball A game to get your blood pumping; improve co-ordination and heart health at our morning sessions in the squash court. | Squash Courts |

| Short Mat Bowls An indoor version of lawn bowls played on shorter mats. | Main Hall | 
| Short Tennis Played on a smaller court with softer balls than tennis. | Main Hall | 
| Swimming A dedicated swim session for Primetime users. | Main Pool | 
| Table Tennis Challenge your coordination and reactions. Table tennis helps to keep the brain sharp and active as well as improving over-all fitness. | Practice Hall on Monday, Squash Courts Thursday & Friday |
