Primetime

At White Oak

White Oak is fortunate to have the largest Primetime programme of all three centres. From Aqua classes to Racquetball, this programme is designed with over 50s in mind.

Join us to meet people similar to yourself, and get involved with some exercise at your own pace. Primetime is open to everyone looking for a gentler form of exercise or to get social within the community.

Sessions are £5.80 or free for All-in-One members.
