This Monday will be the first bank holiday since the start of lockdown where leisure facilities are open. We are offering family swimming, lane swimming, gym sessions and gym workouts, so get booked in now and enjoy an active bank holiday!
Family swimming
Swimming is many children’s favourite activity to enjoy with parents. Splash, swim, laugh and play in either the teaching pool or the main pool during a family swim session and enjoy a special activity with numerous health benefits!
It is important to encourage an active lifestyle for children, and what better way than swimming?
Lane swimming
You don’t need to be a serious, experienced swimmer to enjoy our lanes. There is room for everyone in our pre-booked sessions where you can enjoy a leisurely (or intense!) swim in our slow, medium or fast lanes. Swimming is supportive of joints, develops fitness and strengthens muscles in every part of your body. Swimming is also proven to be a relaxing activity which reduces stress, and isn’t that what bank holidays are for?
Classes
Classes continue this bank holiday, with a range to choose from. Just check your timetable below as we are using a shorter programme for the day.
Gym
The gym is a safe, clean environment to work-out in our timed sessions which allow a carefully calculated maximum number of users, ensuring that you can exercise freely with social distancing between yourself and others. We advise booking in advance, but do ring on the day if you haven’t booked because we may still have space for you.
Golf
Get out into the Kent countryside to enjoy 9 or 18 holes at the scenic Lullingstone Park Golf Course. The course consistently receives good reviews from both casual and seasoned golfers, praising the “friendly staff”, “good condition greens” and “beautiful sloping countryside”.
