Freezing your membership
Your Direct Debit Membership Options
We understand that not everyone is ready to come back to the centres. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to freeze your membership with us and we will freeze your account for up to three months at a time.
There is a fee is £5 per month to hold your membership until you are ready to come back.
As soon as you want to book activities again, simply get in touch and we will re-activate you for bookings!
You can also cancel your membership and re-join another time, but please be aware that you may not be entitled to your current membership package and could be excluded from new member promotional offers.
