GYM

Our welcoming and inclusive gyms are fully equipped with free weights, resistance equipment, cardio machines and a team of friendly Wellness Instructors to help you make the most of your workout.

Upon joining, you will receive an induction where the team will show you how to use the equipment and run through safety information. If you have any questions, now is a great time to ask! We can also provide a free custom programme to start you off on the right foot with an actionable plan to follow each time you visit.

CLASSES

Access unlimited fitness classes with advanced booking only available to All-in-One members.

Our classes include Les Mills™, Aqua, Yoga, Sencio Cycle and HIIT, with something for everyone whether you are a seasoned fitness-addict or completely new to working out.

SWIM

Our All-in-One membership includes free swimming sessions at our on-site pools. Swimming is a fantastic way to work on your fitness and keep your routine varied!

SPORT

Our All-in-One members can use the sports hall for free during off-peak hours to enjoy a range of sports including squash, table tennis and badminton.
