Re-opening

CENTRES RE-OPENING MONDAY 3 AUGUST

We’re coming back! It has been a long four months since we announced our closure, and we couldn’t be happier to announce our return. We will be open for pre-booked activities including gym, swim and classes.

Please know that your safety, and that of our staff, continues to be our priority. A vigorous and regular cleaning routine will be in action throughout each day. We are already in the centres deep-cleaning all surfaces, equipment and furniture, and re-arranging fixtures to facilitate distancing between customers.

Centre activities

While we are thrilled to be re-introducing the facilities and activities you have been missing, please note that we are exercising utmost caution in re-opening and all visits to the centres must be booked in advance. Some activities will be limited or unavailable in the initial weeks of opening.

Memberships

Pre-paid memberships will be extended by the length of closure. All direct debit memberships will be resumed and direct debits will recommence 1 August 2020.

If you will be unable to return to centres in August, please contact your centre before 27 July and we will continue to freeze your membership free of charge.

Booking

Online booking will be open from 27 July at 06:00. Once centres are open, booking can also be made in person or via telephone.

It is likely that restrictions will be in place for how many activities can be booked in a single week. Clarification on this will follow. Booking will be required for all sessions including casual swimming, gym workouts and classes.

Further details including our plans for swimming lessons, sport, crèche, activity clubs, timetables and more are to follow

You may scroll down to find answers to the frequently asked questions from closure, but please note that some answers require updating following this announcement.

Zumba Gold is an easy-to-follow dance-fitness class, which is suitable for everyone but may be of particular interest to older adults.

We will post the meeting links, times and dates of the classes to social media each week.
