Wellness gym

Our Wellness gym offer a range of equipment for toning, shaping and strengthening the whole body. 

• Cardio equipment including treadmills, stationary bikes, cross trainers and rowing machines
• Resistance equipment including a free weights section, weight machines, Kettlebells and Medicine balls

Exercise studio

Feel inspired and motivated with our encouraging instructors as we offer a wide variety of group exercise classes:

• Low impact classes such as Legs, Bums & Tums and Pilates
• Full body workout classes such as Boot Camp, Insanity, Kettlebells, Sencio Cycling
• Dance classes including Zumba and Zumba Gold.

All-In-One Membership 

Our most popular membership includes the following benefits:

At the start of your 6 Month Committed/Annual Membership we give you a full 1 hour induction and gym programme with our qualified gym team with free 12 week reviews to give you plenty of support and to keep you on target to achieve your fitness goals.

Concession Membership

We now have an All-In-One membership that is designed to meet the needs of the unwaged, single parent families receiving benefit, people with disabilities, students age 16+ in full time education, senior citizens (65+) and those recovering from illness or injury. The scheme also covers those receiving income support or housing benefit.

*All-in-one members have all exercise classes and gym sessions included within their membership. Exercise courses carry a supplementary charge, racquet sports vary per centre.

*Off peak times are between 09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday and 11:00 - close Saturday and Sunday.
