From Thursday 24 September, all centres and the golf course will display a QR code poster as part of the NHS Test and Trace.
These posters will be visible at entry. All visitors will be required to check in for their booked activity and either scan the QR code or provide contact details to reception staff manually.
If you scan the QR code, we will ask to see your phone screen to confirm that you have successfully checked in.
If you do not scan the QR code, we will ask for:
- your name
- a contact phone number, or an email address if you do not have a telephone number. If neither are available, we will collect a postal address
- date of visit, arrival time and departure time
We will refuse entry to those who refuse to participate.

Please wear a face covering upon entry to the centre and when you are walking to and from your activity. You do not need to wear the covering during your activity.
