After months of planning, White Oak Leisure Centre has now unveiled 12 new state of the art Shapemaster exercise machines which provide an alternative, low impact way to exercise for those who aren’t attracted to gyms or may have health or mobility concerns. The Shapemaster exercise machines, making up the Sencio Feel Good Suite, offer a complete workout with absolute minimal effort. Each of the machines are designed to biomechanically match the user’s body therefore offering an all-round exercise programme that is effective and more importantly, kinder to joints.
