Swimming represents a key life skill for all and is a great way to get fit, improve endurance, recover from injury or engage in competitive sport through our host clubs. There are MANY benefits to swimming and just a few are listed below:
We have a range of fun activities for toddlers and children in our pools along with Public Swim Sessions where you can bring your children along to swim with yoursleves. Please note we operate an under 8s swim policy.
The extensive swimming lesson programmes at Edenbridge, Sevenoaks and White Oak Leisure Centres range from babies through to adults and can be tailored to suit your individual needs in 1-2-1 lessons or in a fun group environment.
Our group swimming lessons run as a 10 week course. Simply call your chosen centre for more information on the next course and how to book a place.
Over the school holidays we run crash courses for children where you can book them onto a week long course to learn the basics or improve on skills already learnt.
