It’s time to work on your cardiovascular fitness, strength and mobility

Enjoy unlimited classes including:

Yoga - stretch and unwind whilst improving your mobility and strength. Classes up to 60 minutes!
Circuit - one of our most popular classes which works the entire body. Get fit fast!
Zumba - Dance your way to achieving your fitness goals. This addictive class is easy to follow and burns calories while having fun
Kettlebells - build muscle and endurance with weights. Work on core stability and feel stronger every time
Sencio Cycle - all abilities are welcome to our indoor cycling classes which challenge your cardiovascular capacity and work the legs

Swimming

Our centre boasts a 33 metre swimming pool where you can book as many lane swim sessions as you like included in this membership. Our swimming pools are kept COVID-secure with our rigorous cleaning schedule where the pool areas are sanitised between each session.

Our friendly staff are on hand to help you make the most of our cardio machines, resistance machines and free weights. We welcome all fitness levels, and are proud to have assisted users from athletes and weightlifters to those completely new to exercise achieve their goals.
